First, fill in all the regular things you do: school, eating, football training, etc. The rest of the time is what you have available to study. Once you have
filled it in, check whether the balance is right. Do you have enough time to do everything well? Are there sacrifices that need to be made? Use these tips to help you:
- Don't start studying for a test the night before!! Ideally, you should start 5-7 days in advance.
- Break what you have to learn into small chunks, and repeat a bit every day.
- Is there a lot of text to read? Try making a summary of the most important parts. Writing helps you commit things to memory better!
- Ask a friend, or someone at home, to help you study. Perhaps they could ask you questions to see if you can answer them.
